This is my now page. Inspired by my colleagues Robb and Zoe. The purpose of this page is to share what I'm currently doing in my life.

What am I up to currently?

How is my weight loss going?

Since January 2023 I've lost 28kg through diet and exercise. Parkrun and Run Walk Local have been a huge help for my weight loss success, that, and wanting to provide the best life for my family.

I'm currently trying to add 10 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of strength training into my daily routing. As well as adding two 5k runs during my working week. Once the days are longer I will likely introduce daily walks, and weekly cycling as I done last year.
